PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is a “PRIVATE UNIT” which is in the same building with W Hotel South Beach; this means that some services such as room service, laundry, dry cleaning service and engineering are not available.
The restaurants in the hotel are able to cook food that can be picked up by the guest. The unit does not have any laundry machine, but you can download the app called Hamper app for your laundries.
Check-in time is at 3PM and check-out time is at 10AM.
As we need to get the unit ready for next guest, there will be a $100 fee late check-out after 10AM for each hour, this will be collected during the check-out. Check-outs after 12PM are not possible. There will be an additional $500 penalty charge in that case.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The Valet Parking is $49+ tax per car overnight.
There is public car parking front of the building paid.
IMPORTANT: For the check-in, it is essential to show credit card information for the incidentals at the residence desk. One of the guests MUST BE 21 or older to check-in. If not, please tell us before your arrival so we can meet you in person and check you in.
Other things to note
Some essentials such as towels, paper towel, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper are provided at the day of check-in. We do not replenish extra on those essentials during the stay. We do provide daily cleaning services upon request.
If the foldable bed or couch for sleeping is needed during the stay, the host needs to be notified upfront, so this can be prepared in the living room before check-in.
